Take The Challenge, The Go Getta Challenge!!!!

ADRI. V The Go Getta wants to know if YOU’RE up for the Challenge. The Go Getta Challenge! For the remainder of the  2012-2013 school year, ADRI. V is challenging area high school students to SHOW UP and SHOW OUT to show her who has what it takes to be a Go Getta!

What do you need to do??? I’m glad you asked…

SHOW UP: It’s just that simple…show up to school! Push to achieve perfect attendance for the school year. Remember that episode of Everybody Hates Chris where he ended up failing a grade because he missed too many days of school??? Sweet Brown had it right when she said “ain’t nobody got time for that!” After all, showing up gets rid of half the battle!

 

SHOW OUT: Go Gettas don’t just do “enough,” they go above and beyond! Maintain at least a B+ average during each quarter this school year and it just may pay off in ways you couldn’t even imagine…but don’t stop there! Get active! Participate in uplifting and motivating extracurricular activities, while committing yourself to performing community service of your choice.

JUST SAY NO: Because ADRI. V’s Go Gettas are always on the go, they never have time to factor in foolishness. That’s why taking on the Challenge also means saying no to those tempting activities that can knock you off your game. Just say no to drugs, alcohol, sex…all those things that can deter you from your dreams. Study hard. Work hard. Play hard. It’s the Go Getta way!

Now I know this may sound tough, but I know you can do it! Just remember that no good deed ever goes unnoticed. Students sticking to the Challenge will be recognized on The Go Getta Mix and stories shared on ADRI.V The Go Getta social networks of them taking the Challenge and how they overcome the struggles that stand in the way.

So remember to email ADRI.V a scanned copy of your report cards, track your community service, and just say no to the unnecessary distractions! If you’re up for the Challenge and stick to the guidelines, you’ll be entered for chances to win concert and movie tickets, a ADRI.V music pack, OR…the Ultimate Go Getta Prize! What’s the Ultimate Go Getta Prize??? Well…you gotta be in it to win it! Those who uphold the Challenge for the entire year will be rewarded with the Ultimate Go Getta Prize.

Not to mention that the school with the most participating students will win a Go Getta Bash (e.g., homecoming dance, pep rally, or even prom) hosted by ADRI. V the Go Getta herself, featuring a Go Getta Mix guest DJ!
